A written description of the NNAAP Written Examination

The NNAAP Written Examination

The NNAAP (National Nurse Aide Assessment Program) written exam is a standardized test designed to evaluate the knowledge and competency of individuals seeking certification as nurse aides. The exam typically consists of 70 multiple-choice questions that cover essential topics such as basic nursing skills, safety procedures, infection control, patient rights, and communication techniques. Administered under timed conditions, the written exam is one part of the certification process, which also includes a practical skills evaluation.
